One Belt And One Road is the strategic concept of building the new silk road economic belt and the 21st century maritime silk road proposed by the President Xi Jinping in September and October 2013.In Nov.4 2014, the strategic was confirmed became the national strategic status of this idea Central finance and economics leading group eighth meeting which called by the President. In Mar.28 2015,The ministry of foreign affairs, the ministry of commerce of the national development and reform commission jointly released the vision and actions of promoting the joint construction of the silk road economic belt and the 21st century maritime silk road.

One Belt and One Road includes nearly 60 emerging economies and developing countries, accounting for 63% and 29% of the global total population and economic aggregate respectively. It has a huge market potential and can be said to be a only way for Chinese enterprises to go out.
