Trade remedies.  We represent foreign clients in actions launched by the PRC government on outbound antidumping, countervailing duties and safeguards.  We also defend Chinese clients in investigations initiated by foreign governments on antidumping, countervailing duties and safeguards.

World Trade Organization (WTO) legal advice and dispute resolution.  We represent the Chinese government in the WTO dispute settlement process and advise Chinese and foreign clients on issues relating to the WTO dispute settlement and trade policy compliance.

U.S. Section 337 Investigations.  We represent both Chinese and foreign clients in their defense of U.S. Section 337 investigations. We also provide strategic advice on intellectual property and dispute prevention.

Customs.  We counsel clients on customs matters and provide legal advice and on-site guidance during customs audits.  We represent both Chinese and foreign clients in negotiations with the General Administration of Customs, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and their local counterparts in the PRC.  We also represent Chinese clients and communicate with foreign customs authorities in connection with customs matters outside of China.

Other related practices.  We act for clients in the preparation and review of contracts for international sale of goods and advise on marine cargo and related insurance issues.
