  • Representation in all kinds of labor dispute resolutions in major cities throughout China for clients (including complex cases and collective cases), including but not limited to representing clients to attend the labor dispute mediation, arbitration and litigation;

  • Drafting or reviewing employment contracts, training agreements, non-compete agreements and confidentiality agreements as well as other HR agreements and documents;

  • Drafting or reviewing collective contracts and attending the collective bargaining;

  • Drafting or reviewing employee handbooks, and other company internal rules and policies;

  • Providing training on special issues and hot issues in connection with the legislation and legal practice of labor and employment law;

  • Advising on issues in connection with labor protection, work-related injuries and occupational diseases;

  • Assisting expatriates in obtaining Work Permits and dealing with other employment formalities;

  • Advising on issues in connection with social insurance, commercial insurance and benefit plans.

  • Attending negotiations, developing the plans for layoffs or employee transfer in the process of corporate merger, reconstruction or liquidation and drafting or reviewing the necessary transaction documents;

  • Assisting in conducting internal compliance investigations and advising on how to deal with those employees who violated compliance policies.
